This webpage is about my passion - the traditional Japanese forging edged weapons and restoration of historic Nihonto.
Japanese sword have been interested in 80's last century, but only at the turn of 1999/2000 I decided to take the art manufacturing katana sword seriously.
I spent a lot of time to explore the mysteries of the sword katana - Japanese bushi weapons - not only in the subject line manufacturing techniques (forging), but also for the study of historical swords nihonto. Constantly widening their knowledge in this wonderful art of old masters (treat Japanese sword as a work of art), to be able to also use this knowledge in my work. Of course, I learned just a little piece of knowledge, but I'd like to share this part of knowledge. On this website beyond the presentation of my work, there are also sections presenting nihonto historic swords, information on the technique used in the manufacture of katana and articles concerning the typology of the Japanese sword.
